If you provided a credit card as a method of payment for your online order and it is declined at the time we attempt to process your order, you will be notified via email and your books will be re-shelved after 48 hours as a courtesy to our students that are waiting for books. If we are out of stock on a title, you may have an additional wait time for your books.Online Orders are processed daily from 11am-4pm, Monday - Friday. Orders that are placed outside of those hours will be processed the following business day.
If you are placing an order for textbooks and you are planning to pay with your PBA ID, you MUST have funds available on your card and your card must be in an ACTIVE status with the PBACARD Office. To verify funds availability and the status of your card, please call 561-803-2515 for the PBACARD Office.
Online orders are typically shipped Fed-Ex Ground (3-5 days). Additional shipping options are available for an added cost. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.
Buying a Textbook Online???
We do everything we can to keep your costs low, but on occasion, a publisher or supplier may increase our cost and then we must change our prices. We will contact you if the price changes and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline that item.
Paying with your PBA ID card?
In order to have your 9-digit PBA ID card order processed, funds must be placed on your PBA ID card before your RESERVE or PURCHASE online.
To transfer funds from a pending Financial Aid credit to your ID card online, click here (you will need to log into myPBA).
If you need to deposit funds onto your PBA card using a credit/debit card, please visit the PBA Card page here.
Attention Financial Aid Recipients:
If you have Financial Aid funds available to you, you need to request they be transferred to your student account before you shop online. Please contact Student Accounts for more information.
